When will my order be delivered?

Typically, orders for delivery in Singapore will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of the order being received, unless we tell you otherwise.   Please note that not all products are available for delivery and we ask you to refer to the individual product page on our website for delivery information, or email us at support@lottieisloving.com with any questions about delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to arrange international shipping for some of products.  Please note that not all of our products are available for International Delivery. Please refer to individual product pages for delivery options available.

If you are outside Singapore but would like to place an order for any product, please email us at support@lottieisloving.com for a shipping quote.  International shipping rates will vary from country to country.  Unless noted otherwise, you agree to pay for shipping.  Shipping rate includes insurance unless otherwise specified.  Customs duties are not included.  For more information please see our delivery page.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

Yes we do. For information on refunds and exchanges, please refer to our Customer Service page.  

Can I return an item that has been purchased online, in person?

Yes.  Please contact us at support@lottieisloving.com to arrange.

Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes.  Please click here to apply for a trade account.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Unfortunately not at the moment.  But we are working on it!

Which payment methods do you accept?

For online purchases we accept PayPal and credit card payments.  In store we accept credit card and Pay Now.  For international orders, a direct deposit option is available.  

Can I pre-order an item that is out of stock?

Yes.  Pre-order is available on items that are out of stock or that have a lead time. 

Do you offer an in-home styling service?

Yes.  Please find information about our in-home styling service here.

Do you collect Personal Information from me?

Yes.  When you visit our website, we collect information about your device.  As you browse our website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to our website, and information about how you interact with our website.  When you make, or attempt to make, a purchase through our website, we collect information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
