Delivery
Local Delivery
All orders are delivered from Singapore. Orders will be dispatched 24-48 hours after your order has been placed, unless otherwise indicated. Local delivery costs are calculated as follows:
• Free of charge for orders over sgd $200
• Orders of or under sgd $200 charged at $15
Some of our products are click and collect only and we do not deliver them. Furniture delivery will be quoted separately. Please refer to the individual product page for delivery options, or email us at support@lottieisloving.com with any questions about delivery.
In-Store Pick Up
Click and collect is available on all of our products. If you would like to collect your items in-store, please choose this option at check out.
International Shipping
We are happy to arrange international shipping for some of products. Please note that not all of our products are available for International Delivery. Please refer to individual product pages for delivery options available.
If you are outside Singapore but would like to place an order for any product, please email us at support@lottieisloving.com for a shipping quote.
International shipping rates will vary from country to country. Unless noted otherwise, you agree to pay for shipping. Shipping rate includes insurance unless otherwise specified. Customs duties are not included.
You agree to accept liability for, and pay, any customs charges or import duty imposed or levied on products we may ship to you to an address outside of Singapore. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
