Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept its return within 7 days for exchange or refund, although we reserve the right to apply our Terms of Service to any return.

  • How to Return an Item
Please email support@lottieisloving.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorisation, stating the reason for the return.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are used, washed, damaged, soiled, altered or have no tags attached may not be accepted for refund or exchange.

If you receive an item damaged, please document the damage with photos and attach them to an email to: support@lottieisloving.com. (Please see below for further notes relating to the damage of items in transit).

 

  • Damage
We do not have an in-house delivery service.  We use third-parties for all shipments and deliveries of our products.  We do not accept liability for any damage to a product after it has left our store unless we determine that it contains or manifests a defect.  

 

You agree to accept responsibility to inspect a product delivered to you before signing the delivery notice or allowing the delivery driver to leave.  By signing the delivery notice, you acknowledge and accept that you have received the product delivered to you in an undamaged condition and that you will accept responsibility for any transit damage discovered after delivery which is not noted in writing on the delivery note.

 

If your product is delivered damaged, please immediately email us at support@lottieisloving.com with details of the damage and attach the delivery note on which the damage has been recorded.

 

  • Items Not Available for Return or Exchange

Any custom orders, all furniture, artwork, books, lighting, skincare, sale items and vintage products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are damaged when received.

Please note: All delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable and all return delivery and shipping costs are your responsibility.  Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
