Delivery

Local Delivery
All orders are delivered from Singapore.  Orders will be dispatched 24-48 hours after your order has been placed, unless otherwise indicated.  Local delivery costs are calculated as follows:

 

• Free of charge for orders over sgd $200
• Orders of or under sgd $200 charged at $15 

 

Some of our products are click and collect only and we do not deliver them.  Furniture delivery will be quoted separately. Please refer to the individual product page for delivery options, or email us at support@lottieisloving.com with any questions about delivery.

 

In-Store Pick Up

Click and collect is available on all of our products.  If you would like to collect your items in-store, please choose this option at check out.

International Shipping
We are happy to arrange international shipping for some of products.  Please note that not all of our products are available for International Delivery. Please refer to individual product pages for delivery options available.

 

If you are outside Singapore but would like to place an order for any product, please email us at support@lottieisloving.com for a shipping quote. 

 

International shipping rates will vary from country to country.  Unless noted otherwise, you agree to pay for shipping.  Shipping rate includes insurance unless otherwise specified.  Customs duties are not included.
You agree to accept liability for, and pay, any customs charges or import duty imposed or levied on products we may ship to you to an address outside of Singapore.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept its return within 7 days for exchange or refund, although we reserve the right to apply our Terms of Service to any return.

  • How to Return an Item
Please email support@lottieisloving.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorisation, stating the reason for the return.

 

All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are used, washed, damaged, soiled, altered or have no tags attached may not be accepted for refund or exchange.

If you receive an item damaged, please document the damage with photos and attach them to an email to: support@lottieisloving.com. (Please see below for further notes relating to the damage of items in transit).

 

  • Damage
We do not have an in-house delivery service.  We use third-parties for all shipments and deliveries of our products.  We do not accept liability for any damage to a product after it has left our store unless we determine that it contains or manifests a defect.  Nothing in these Terms of Service exclude your statutory rights under applicable law.

 

You agree to accept responsibility to inspect a product delivered to you before signing the delivery notice or allowing the delivery driver to leave.  By signing the delivery notice, you acknowledge and accept that you have received the product delivered to you in an undamaged condition and that you will accept responsibility for any transit damage discovered after delivery which is not noted in writing on the delivery note.

 

If your product is delivered damaged, please immediately email us at support@lottieisloving.com with details of the damage and attach the delivery note on which the damage has been recorded.

 

  • Items Not Available for Return or Exchange

Any custom orders, all furniture, artwork, books, lighting, skincare, sale items and vintage products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are damaged when received.

Please note: All delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable and all return delivery and shipping costs are your responsibility.  Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

DESCRIPTION

Gorgeous handmade ceramic coffee cup, made from white porcelain clay and hand-dipped in a gorgeous bluegum glaze. This little cutie roughly holds about 6oz and comes with a take-away matching silicon lid and a transparent silicon sleeve (not shown), making it the perfect take-away coffee cup.

Each piece is created using a technique called slipcasting, where liquid clay is poured into a plaster mould, left to set for the desired thickness and the excess slip poured out. The inside of the mug is glazed with non-toxic, food-safe clear glaze before being dipped in satin bluegum glaze.

All Kim Wallace ceramics are fired to very high temperatures, making them very strong, durable and dishwasher safe. External unglazed surfaces are highly vitrified and water & stain resistant.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Kim Wallace ceramics are hand-made in Australia. Variations and irregularities may occur in size, shape, colour & glaze, making each piece unique and one-of-a-kind. The ceramic pieces are made using Australian, non-toxic, food-safe clays and glazes.

They are oven and dishwasher safe, however we do recommend taking care as they are handmade of limited quantity.

Take care to avoid sudden temperature changes (for example from the oven to a cold benchtop) as this is likely to cause thermal shock which can result in the piece cracking.

NOTE: To prevent glaze scratches we recommend storing your ceramics in plate racks or with a soft cloth between each piece. To keep your pieces beautiful, avoid contact with staining foods or liquids on unglazed surfaces.
